Mirena Question Help Please

I've had Mirena for 2 weeks now and last night DH and I DTD. Not the first time since I've gotten it. At one point while we were it hurt when he went in really bad and I started cramping. We couldn't even finish. Is it possible that he could have knocked it out of place? Has this happened to anyone? I'm going to call my doc because it hurts sometimes when I go to bathroom and its like constant cramping.
