Elective ultrasounds

I might get one when I am 15 weeks because I am dying over here wanting to know the gender. Has anyone else found out at 15 weeks and it's been accurate or did they end up saying a different gender later on? Just wondering if I should do it or wait 2 months.

I would wait. It has happened but I think you'd get a better answer around 17+ weeks. I found out at 18 weeks, closer to 19.

I wouldn't waste my time at 15 weeks. 18-20.

I got mine at 19(Just last week)

I was impatient waiting for mine also!
Especially when the doctor told us we would find out the gender at my next appointment. I was like 15 weeks then it was cancelled so i had to reschduale and then she said she couldn't even do the anamaty scans!

Id wait a little longer when its more clear..plus you dont even know if the baby will cooperate enough to see. I didnt find out until a week before my first one was born that he was a boy due to his positioning.

Yes, I paid for one and I was 15 wks.

The place I want to go does another one for free some other time if the baby is uncooperative. I'm so unsure! It doesn't seem that expensive either, I thought they were like $150 or something but nope.

With my Dr. I won't find out until 20 weeks. I know that's pretty normal but it seems so dang far!

i found out at 16 weeks with my last pregnancy and they were right about the gender.

I got one at 14 weeks and It was accurate If you live in Florida at a place called prenatal Impressions. After going to one of those boutiques though its hard to sit threw a regular sonogram you are so spoiled and want to see everything.

My dr was pretty descriptive with my first one so I think she will always be like that. Man, now I'm thinking I will do it!

by the way though I am just now 36 weeks and my doctors office just now figured out its definitely a girl I would have died if I really had to wait that long! But it is definitely a girl I saw it on 3d this week and I could tell before the tech told me what she was looking at.
