I thought i read somewhere that it takes like 3 hours to get the nicotine and whatever else in cigarettes out of your system.... i could be wrong though.

Yeah when I came inside I washed my hair,face and teeth, I even wore SO's jacket out lol, thanks!

Thats caffeine I think. Well, my doctor said it takes 3 hours for caffeine to get to your milk, and to wait another hour after the 3 hours, so nurse before the 3 hours. It's all very confusing.
