One cigarette will really not affect your breast milk. A smoker's breast milk is actually healthier than formula. O_O

IF it does it's a tiny trace amount. But your milk is still fine, congrats!

Not sure about all that but congrats!  

Its only one. if you were to go back to full time smoking or even part time it might be different but just one I wouldn't worry.

Thank you everyone! now to tell SO, he's all "zomg she cant feed from you now" etc lol, I'm just so scared of something happening, I've only had 5hrs sleep since sunday night, that's how scared I am.

It can keep baby awake. I had to quit coke because it made my son gassy

Newborns have a much harder time metabolizing caffeine than older infants.
One cup of coffee is ok, but caffeine can make them very fussy, and it decreases your supply.

The pediatrician said do/dont do pretty much everything you were doing/not doing while pregnant. As far as diet is concerned.

My Mw said its 'fine' I had a smoking dressing gown and hoodie I wore lol.
Are you bfing now, how's it going? I'd watch the caffeine that might make her strung out and fussy. And grapes, don't eat grapes lol upsets baby's tummies.
