My son came out fine and I was off and on with my Prenatals.
By the end, I couldn't stand the taste of the Flinstones so I ended up doing the gummy ones the last two months I was pregnant.

You can also take similac for moms it has all prenatal vitamins in it and it helps with nausea its also a meal replacement.. Also what helps for me to take the vitamins is taking them at night before bed that way i dont get sick.. I would honestly try taking something though because it helps with neural tube defects in babies as well as makes sure you get all the vitamins to make a strong healthy baby

I was told to take them just before bed with a small snack. Seems to help.

Do some research on similac mom. It's really crappy. Pretty much a sugar overload.

You should take your Vitamins, If they make you feel sick you can tell your doctor. They should prescribe you a vitamin. I have perscribed vitamins called "se-natal" But some doctors might prescribe a gummy, or liquid form. Vitamins DO help the baby alot, And are very important. The vitamins are to help with any missing nutrition gaps in your diet. The Folic acid in the vitamins helps prevent neural tube birth defects, which affect the brain and spinal cord.

Quoting bbbt:" Yes. Prenatals are just for your benefit, not the baby's. They aren't necessary."

I agree!! Except you may end up lacking for something and crave extremely weird things... thats why I started taking Flinstones with Iron.
