Yeah, she was 6 weeks early. My oldest was 8 weeks early and she walked at 14 months.
Sophie's just so lazy!

The boys were 7 weeks early and will be 18 months on Christmas Eve. They said mama & dada the same time as full term babies usually do. Now they each say Mama, Dada, hi, bye, night night, cup, ow, Moe, high five, no and thank you. At first we were worried about their speech, but they've really stepped it up these past few weeks. Now if I could just get them walking. They can't even go from sitting to standing unassisted, yet.

At least they were premies... there was nothing wrong with Maks... he is lazy... he actually refuses to use his hands to pick up paci... he will wiggle around, manuver it, and pick it up with his mouth...

But that means your LO is really more like almost 11 months. Either way sounds on track. Our pedi was happy that DD was saying 3-4 words around that age.

And with the new learning to walk stage she even stopped saying most things except for Dada, sometimes Mama.
