Is HE really a boy?

I am 12 weeks 6 days and had a ultrasound today.
So, do you think we are expecting our 3 boy!?
The tech said she would be surprised if it was not a boy.

Possibly. But 12wks is very early! I wouldn't go out and start buying blue things just yet. I would definitely wait til the next U/S to purchase anything or announce the sex to family and friends.

12 weeks their genitals still look the same. it could still be either way. it all depends on "the angle of the dangle"

they look about the same at that early on...they change around 14ish weeks...not impossible but still a little early to tell

My daughter looked like that at 12 weeks, lol. Way too early.

Even girls look like they have penises at that gestation because the vagina and all that is swollen.
