I got a text a couple hours ago from my old neighbor saying there was 4 cop cars at my ex's house... I text him asking if everything was ok and he has still yet to respond.... My neighbor however found out that his gf's dad beat/hit her..... but didnt go to jail because she told him to hit her... (dont sound right to me)
She has asked I not say she told me I get that but at the same time how do I tell him our daughter is NOT going back over there!!! She hasnt been going anyway because she says daddy's gf is scary and hits her and daddy is mean busts her butt makes her stay in bed all day....
With the cops being over there I could use that if he tries any crap about not getting her, which if you want to get techincal there is a court order saying he only gets supervised visits anyway so not much he could do......

Well then there you go. Tell him ur reverting back to the original court order.

Tell him.... "DD is not going to be going over there anymore."

It really makes me wonder what has happened to my daughter over there! She was going just fine with the occasional fit but the past month its flat out refusal kicks and screams for me, even just talking on the phone she is begging me to come get her then on drop off days she would run to me and not a word to him..... If this chicks dad is beating on her what is she doing to my daughter or any of them for that matter! Yea Im thinking he better fight me for her now! Because wont that be in the system them going to the house for a domestic dispute??

IMO if he only got supervised visitation, there is a reason for it. It was SUPER bad judgement on your part to have your daughter over there without that supervision, especially when she is telling you smurf like that.

Why would you send her there alone if its supposed to be supervised visitation?

With him being away so long and wanting them to.bond and she really wanred to go with him is why i let her.... the supervised visitation came from my divorce lawyer using what i said to make him look horrible. He had made comments to me about putting me through a porch and killing himself.... he had never put his hands on any of us ever before.... but with the news i got today its not him im worried about its his gf and her family! And her dad not going to jail because she told him to hit her ummm i call bullsmurf! There is more to this story that i probably wont know cuz he aint gonna tell me nothing..... let him take me to court!!
