I got the letter in the mail of how much child support bd is ordered to pay


$111 a month..
What a crock of smurf.

His income is 1000-something and mine is 1600, so apparently they figure all we need is $111?! The smurf is wrong with the court system here?!!!! UGH!

Ha! I PAY BD $20 a month. Don't complain. It could be worse.

1k a month isn't a lot especially when you have other bills... That 111$ is probably going to hurt him.

That's more than I got before my husband adopted DS. $90 a month.... 30. Of that was back cold support.

Your lucky because my friend only gets 50 a month and thats it. She only brings home 1200 a month.

If you make more than him then it isn't gonna be a lot, or at least that's how I understood it.

It may not seem like a lot to you but with other bills to pay, the missing 111 is going to hurt. Be glad you are getting something. Some people I know don't get near that much

Sucks, doesn't it? Be thankful you are getting anything at all.

And I bring home 1200
I have 480 rent
around 150 for the utilities
50 for phone
upkeep & gas for my car
FOOD for LO & I
... I just think it's bullsmurf he gets to run around with 900 a month to spend...Okay maybe 850 after his phone bill

It all depends on how much each of the parents make and how much time is spent with each parent. they don't take into account bills, or anything like that really.

At least not here in Cali.

$111 is not much but is more than nothing.  

I've gotten $600 total, my kids are 14 and 11.5.
