Yes it does. My los dad.was.the same.way and I finally just had.enough and.left. He hasnt.had anything to do with my son since.he.was.2 days old and hes now.3

Yeah some day I'll grow up and but for now I'm just trying to keep the peace with him, but I still have limits & I won't put up with him not helping financially with lo, and and re-read your post, he doesn't sell the foodstamps but he could seriously spend $200 in a week on junk food & buying other people stuff, and then come eat my meals the other 3 weeks

thats why I want him help out as much as possible
It really doesn't hurt me financially, when I make a meal I usually end up throwing some away because it goes bad before lo and I can finish it..
but then he takes that as an invitation to eat all the other food too, like he used all the butter and sugar to make cookies "for me"
that he ate the most of...
it's just the principle to me that I don't think he should be taking away from me, he should be helping

I think you need to just grow a backbone. My life got a million times easier and less stressful when I made myself stop worrying about my daughter's father. He's nothing but a drain, emotionally and financially, and he's not going to change if you let him pull his smurf.

I do, and we have been broken up for 10 months and I just cried the whole time and wanted him back,

You don't just flip a switch and have your feelings go away. I was single and celibate for two years after we broke up and still hung up on him for a year after that, even though I moved on and started dating.

You just have to have enough self worth to decide you deserve better.
