Quoting Koltons*Momma:" Actually, there are women who DO have their period through their WHOLE pregnancy. OP, I'm in the same ... [snip!] ... the same boat... I dunno what is going on with my body!!! But, my last "period" wasn't normal either.. and still getting BFNs"No. They bleed. You don't have a period while pregnant. Your body is not getting rid of an egg and shedding the tissue and blood that was in your Uterus to cushion said egg. Bleeding and a period are 2 different things.
Quoting Crystal Marie S.:" If you had your period, you're not pregnant. You could have had some bleeding and be pregnant, but it couldn't have been your period."

Quoting Megletronic:" Thank you so much for giving me a basic biology lesson. Sorry that I just figured people would use common sense and realize I meant I bled."Well then use common sense and don't say you had your period. Say you bled. The bleeding could have been implantation. But usually implantation isn't like a period, it would be more spotty.
