Having Pregnancy Symptoms But Had Period?

I am just wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar.
I had unprotected sex during ovulation (and crossed my fingers I would be pregnant). But then two weeks later my period came! Now I am being queasy all day, super fatigued and have tender breasts. I would be 6 weeks pregnant, if I even am. Gonna test in the morning.

Like I said, just wondering if someone else experienced this.

If you had your period, you're not pregnant. You could have had some bleeding and be pregnant, but it couldn't have been your period.

Actually, there are women who DO have their period through their WHOLE pregnancy.
OP, I'm in the same boat... I dunno what is going on with my body!!! But, my last "period" wasn't normal either.. and still getting BFNs

No. They bleed. You don't have a period while pregnant. Your body is not getting rid of an egg and shedding the tissue and blood that was in your Uterus to cushion said egg. Bleeding and a period are 2 different things.

Okay, let me re-phrase that.... there are women who have bleeding much like their normal period their whole pregnancy and mistake it for an actual "period"

Thank you so much for giving me a basic biology lesson. Sorry that I just figured people would use common sense and realize I meant I bled.

My mom had her period (sorry, she bled) for the first four months she was pregnant with me and my brothers. I don't think its hereditary but I know its possible. Glad to know someone is in this boat with me!

Well then use common sense and don't say you had your period. Say you bled. The bleeding could have been implantation. But usually implantation isn't like a period, it would be more spotty.

Besides which you would be utterly amazed at the amount of women who swear they had their period while pregnant when it's biologically impossible.

This is very true, my mom bled with my brother until she was about 7 months pregnant.
