Same type deal with the hamburger helper, but with tinned tuna. People usually throw some frozen veggies in. I grew up on that kind of stuff and just.. ick. It's so easy to make something similar from scratch w/o all the sodium and preservatives.

There was about 10 pages discussing biscuits.

What is typical? Like what is a typical ( not necessarily you) but American day of eating?

I'm still struggling with the concept of hamburger helper.

Why would you not just use the tuna

I don't know. I don't like it at all. It's too much sodium. I think maybe because peoe would think some of the things with hamburger helper would be gross with tuna
