Thanks. I googled but still didn't get it. I'm guessing hamburger is plain beef mince? Not like sausage mince?

Because it's quick and easy. It comes with all the stuff needed to make the sauces. It's not healthy, and not exactly fine dining, but it's what I consider typical american food.

I am just interested in typical American food.
Here if you had beef mince you would probably make spaghetti bolognaese. Or an Asian dish.

Is the sauce like creamy? We wouldn't mix a creamy sauce with beef mince.

It's so gross. High in sodium and dull in flavor

my family won't eat it. there's all kinds of varieties though...asian, chicken, tuna, etc. people like it because its quick and easy and a pretty easy clean up or its what they grew up on so its what they know.
