OMG. I just made the biggest breakfast.  

My stomach is about to burst....bad.

this electric fireplace is a lot smaller than I thought.   Now I have to either rearrange my dining room or shove it someplace else where it won't look right. Too much trouble to switch it for a bigger one, and electric fireplaces are kinda tacky anyway so the smaller, the better? Too bad it would have only been another $250k for a house with a real one.

And as of today, I do want this baby. So it'll probably just fall out.

So far, so good. They never did get in touch with me about my bloodwork, so either things were really backed up at the lab, or everything's fine, or I should find a new doctor. But yeah, so far so good.

You poor girls.
Maybe it's because I was in a world of similar smurf for 10 years. Being this old is not all that bad.
DH may be not be the most exciting person I've ever met, but he's good to us. And hey, anybody who can tolerate being married to me should be eligible for sainthood. Especially after I got back in touch with my nightmare ex and his family this year and we made peace. Dh is, like, SO good. Not the prettiest or the richest or the whateverest. But he's solid gold.
I hope every single one of these girls gets the love they deserve someday. Nobody should settle for being treated like a doormat. Ever.

DH and I have had a hard year, some of the ladies in here know about it, but I could never imagine being in a relationship as sad as some that I've seen on here. It's truly heartbreaking.
