I went to the ER one time because I thought I was having heart failure. They gave me anxiety meds and a bill for $5k.

 

I love gifting my children with various microbes.

I am so having my kids take a car maintenance course in high school as an elective. What a practical thing to learn.

I've never had anxiety feel like this. But I'll take an ativan and see how my day goes

I still feel like smurf this morning. My hips feel like wishbones.

I did sleep long enough to dream about naming Lina, Malachi instead insisting it was a girls name. Part of me wants to text Malachi out as a name change.
