This guy came in twice last night to buy alcohol. Fine, whatever. But both times he came in.... he broke something.

First time was a 40 ounce of Milwaukee's Best. Cleaning that piss off the floor was awful. Second time, an entire can display of Redd's Apple smurf fell. One of the cans busted open all over the cooler floor.

Yeah mine was not public health. But my mum worked in public health, as a nurse she rarely got holidays off, as a medical clerk she got them all off.

I feel that way about some customers. I had a lady call up today because a competitive company had disconnected her services, recontracted her for three years, and then refused to let her speak to a manager. She called us solely because she knew that we had a national call centre and proceeded to abuse me .. even though we've got nothing to do with the other company.

absolutely ... people just don't want to talk to overseas call centres and we're the only major internet provider who has call centres in australia so EVERYONE calls us. I get calls from Apple customers without any internet trying to fix their computers

Oh my god   Granted, I don't like dealing with overseas call centers, either. But I would never call (for instance) Duke Energy about my car loan... like wut
