I'm still giggling over that ministry radio show I listened to.   Trying to sell me on Creation science by saying bats and horses haven't evolved.

I obviously believe in creation, but when they start talking about how there's no such thing as evolution (even micro) I just have to shake my head.

Yeah...this was a hardcore "evolution doesn't exist" show. I can't believe I actually listened to it.  

Or how the girl in the show wanted to be a creation scientist because there needs to be more people of faith that aren't afraid to say that evolution isn't real.

We recently went through the first 11 chapters of Genesis and compared them to all of the scientific findings/etc. We have a scientist at our church, and his opinions were so interesting to me. He gave us all a more in depth understanding of how evolution works/etc. It was a really cool study.

I feel like we dodged a bullet there. I'm more confident going to this new place.

Free beds? Yes! I really hope nobody has claimed them yet.

If you felt confident in your choice to circ him then my pro intact posts wouldn't bother you...

Maybe it's not 20k every year exactly maybe it averages out to 20k a year. I mean Brooke's first year I don't even think we MADE 20k lol so I know we didn't that year, but then her first year in daycare I feel like we spent over 20k. But you can't just factor in what you PAY for your kid, think about if she didn't exist would you have 20k more? Like in a smaller house, use less electricity, have a smaller cable bill, grocery bill, gas bill etc..

I agree, acknowledging evolution doesn't disprove the existence of a higher power. I'm not saying there is or isn't one because I don't know, but evolution happens everyday, it's proven. It's not proven that it started everything but it's undeniable that's it's happening.

I wish more hardcore religious people could understand that acknowledging science doesn't make you a non-believer in God.
