I was surprised that DH went out and bought me chocolates on his way home from work this morning! I felt bad because I hadn't bought him anything (we don't really go all out with valentine's day) but I made him strawberry pancakes for his breakfast (I tried to make them heart shaped but the batter wouldn't cooperate xD)

Gave blood for the first time in almost two years. The woman who took my blood was a bitch though.

I've noticed a lot of blood donation workers aren't the friendliest of people. I remember when I gave blood back in high school the lady I talked to made me feel like I was under interrogation x(

I'm very content with SO waking me up to wish me a happy valentines day before he left to take the truck to get worked on!

It's literally the weekend before my c-section. lol Plus its an outdoor concert that lasts three days.

DH hasn't even acknowledged today, I know he's going to "surprise" me with something nice, just like I'm going to surprise him with a quiet, (hopefully) amazing, candlelit dinner. We weren't always this way, we learned how to communicate and we learned that these are really good opportunities for us to "date" eachother again. I'm sure those men didn't fall in love with green, greedy, psycho's, they probably fell in love with who those women were when they were still on their best behavior and acting like money and material things meant nothing. Now that things are real and they realize they won't be pampered, for doing nothing, by another man like they were in the beginning of the relationship they have buyers remorse.
