I'm too nervous to ask DH if I can buy one again. I used to have one but got rid of it a long time ago. DH and I haven't been real "active" recently, and I don't want to offend him.

I've tried to talk to DH about how infrequent our "intimacy" is. And I try to be suggestive. Or just ask like "hey wanna go have sex?"  

But nothing helps and I have needs! So I figure he can't be offended when he knows there's an issue that I've already tried addressing. Have you guys discussed the lack of sexin'?
