Understand this--- doctors are big ballers and everyone knows that and they are the medical experts but there is no chance in haiiiiiiil that any physician could be successful at ANYTHING without an excellent, intelligent nurse. The smart doctors realize this and do not compare the two professions because they are different. They are neither less than or better than.

Overtime is an amazing thing. I get paid $5/hr just for being on call even when I don't do anything and then time and a half on top of that if I do get called it. I can't really complain.

I bet, I'd love to do it but I'm concerned about my work time conflicting with my family time. Plus, I start school again for my BSN in the fall.
