He's like smurfing herpes. I defaulted on August 23rd, then due to some legal error, my default did not count. Then on the 14th of December the affidavit in support of our decree was filed....but now the whole case is thrown out.

All of this bullsmurf because after going through the visitation smurf with his grandmother and spending tons of money there, I refused to get a lawyer so I've been pretty much listening to what he tells me about the whole thing (stupid I know) instead of calling the county clerk. I have no idea how this is possible. Once you default on a court case, the other side wins...

That's the only plus. The fact that we had a divorce paid for and he just decided all of a sudden that he didn't want to divorce me even though he knows I want to divorce him, is such a punch to the stomach. I'm so over this.
