I agree. A tattoo is something that's on your body for life. For as small of a tattoo as the neck one was, she should have opted for removal but that's JMO.

I argued with the placement of my first tattoo. I got my sons name on my wrist. I wanted it facing me. It's mine tattoo and for me, I want to look at it. He said it would look better the other way and that's the way it goes. I told him no, it's mine.
