Is it because you are home anyway? Would you prefer him saying that the children should go to daycare and you each pay for half?

I am until January now when school starts.. no i would not prefer he paid child care of course not... all i was asking for was is it 50/50 not a lecture.

I wasn't giving you a lecture. I was asking what your employment situation was and if that was the motivating factor behind him picking up the children when he did.

when i did see a lawyer they said durign the day of his days (mon and wed and sat on his weekends) he is responsible for finding them childcare so i am doing him a huge favor which i dont mind they are my kids i added up hours like someone else suggested when i have them the weekends i havve them Mon- Monday my hours with my kids is 159.5 hours (im going to readd though) and when its his weekend he has them 85.5 ...

Like I said, take it to court if you are unhappy with it.

Doesnt seem right when i add any of it up... i never thought to add hours just thought of days and i agree i should take it to court if i am unhappy with it and i prob will.
