Cap Lock??

When you press the cap lock, its comes up with a different screen every time and then when cap lock is on, and you type in "EBAY", it comes up with ::S# sometimes.. I'm needing to know a way to remove this so my fiance's dad laptop will work the way it should...

I'll have to look, none of the buttons look stuck... I'm thinking it might be under the key board possibly. I tried going into the short cuts and settings in the computer but couldn't find anything. He said it started happening when he downloaded the new version of FireFox.

Mine did the same thing with Firefox and we had to switch to google chrome because when I tried to reinstall it, it kept setting off our virus alert.

Umm.. Maybe he will have to do that.. We downloaded it onto our desk top which is Vista and it doesn't do it but on his laptop, it running Windows 7.

We have windows 7 as well. I tried multiple times to get Firefox again but it wasn't working so google chrome it is.

I wonder if its something inferring with the Window 7's... I'll have to tell him, he may have to switch to Google Chrome..

It sucks..I miss Firefox

Firefox is great.. I've never used Google Chrome and I'm glad I didn't update the Firefox on my laptop..

It ended up being the keyboard itself.
