I did it once and I honest to god GAINED 2 inches. And it make my stretchmarks look worse.

She told me it was due to a poor diet and not drinking enough water. Uh, I eat pretty clean, and at that time it was SUPER clean, and I drink tons of water. However, I did win a spa wrap in a raffle and that firmed up my skin really well. For like a week.


I did however get rid of the extra skin and stretchmarks eventually... With a tummy tuck, lol

I saw a video on youtube on how to do a home made one  I'm gonna try it lol! All you need is plastic wrap, vitamin E oil, cellulite cream, and a heated blanket or a sweat band ($5 at Walmart)... Here is the video if you want to see. Hey I can work out with it on maybe it will do good, you never know lol. I'm willing to try...
