I wanted to tell my now DH I loved him early on in our relationship. It was killing me too holding it inside. But I refused to give and tell him first. I wanted him to really mean it. A week after I decide I wanted to tell him but I wasn't actually going to he told me on the most romantic night and in the most romantic way ever! I'm so glad I waited because its the moment I've held into and cherish the most.
But if you really want to tell him, I say do it. Lol

I would wait. Wait until you feel it's the right time-- when it is, you won't chicken out. And say it in person.

You're right! If it really IS the right time, I won't chicken out. I feel it, I really do. It's crazy, never thought I'd be able to leave BD.

And trust me, if you wait a few more weeks, it'll come naturally and all will be well. I wouldn't rush to say it, especially when he's told you he's not there yet.

Eventually it will just come out. With my fiance, about a week before we both said it, I kept silently saying "I love you" in my head when I would leave. One day we both just blurted it out at the same time.

Joe said he loved me after two weeks of dating in high school LOL. I told him I liked him, then really liked him, then really really likes him, etc. until I could say I loved him back. He understood and was very supportive of that...and and it took me 6 months to say I love you back lolol
