My 30 day shred journey started 12/9/12

I'm on day 3 and not gonna lie, I'm a bit sore! But I keep pushing myself
knowing its going to pay off in the end. I keep myself motivated by knowing I'll be in better shape this time next month, and knowing that missing a day is only delaying my progress

I was a c before my first son. A d after him. A dd while boobing my 2nd and now almost a B (!) after. I'm so pissed. I want my boobs back.

Oddly enough my breasts didnt get any larger during pregnancy, or afterwards. They got a little bigger when my milk came in or I got engorged. And now they're still the same size after 2 1/2 years of breastfeeding just slightly lower   lol

So today I got on the scale and was frustrated to see no change. However I measured myself (just my stomach) and the measurements were:

Upper abs 34" down 1.5"
Waist 36" down 2"
Lower abs 40" down 2"

For a total of 5.5" off my stomach gone. Wooohooo now it'll be easier to stay motivated

Forgot to update on day 7!
I've lost 7.5lbs and 9" total from my stomach alone which is measured at upper abs, waist, and lower stomach. About 1/2" from each arm and each leg, so total loss 13" on day 7
