You lost 9" in a week?
Is that even healthy? Ill defnitely have to see what this is all about. I could definitely lose 9"!

I'm not sure if its considered healthy to lose that fast but I noticed my body does really well with changing fast whenever I start a diet/exercise routine. I lost a total of 13" from upper abs, waist, lower stomach, thighs and arms

Thats awesome. Is there a strict diet? Hubby just lost his job so i cant go out and buy a ton of really expensive things. Or is it just exercise?

No its not very strict, I only eat 1200 calories so I just try to make them count by eating whatever I can that is the most filling with the lowest calories. Lots of veggies, lean meats (fish/chicken) nothing fried.

An average day for me would be

2 packets oatmeal or 2 egg whites and whole wheat toast for breakfast

Chicken breast on a sandwhich thin no mayo no cheese or a salad for lunch

And a lean meat, veggie and one starch/carb for dinner.

Fruit or veggies for snacks or those 100 calorie granola bars and water to drink.

Hows it going? I'm on day 4 of the videos. Not dieting, but i cut out snacking all day. Anxious to see some results!
