Baby acne late?

My sons face is covered with baby acne. He didn't get it until just recently the last few days. He's a month. They are the same color as his skin so it doesn't look awful or anything but has anyone's baby ever gotten it this late? What can I do to fix it or how long should I expect until it goes away

My 3rd baby got it pretty badly too.. the only thing that cleared it up amazingly was organic refined coconut oil.

Yes. My son didn't get it until he was about a month old, if not older than that and now he has it again   He's 19 months old and it popped up again last month just before his 18 month check up.

DS is 3 weejs old & is starting to get it on his forehead

You know Alex has had it since 2 weeks, but he STILL has it on his cheeks   It's so stubborn.

jess has it. shes had it since about 3-4 weeks old. i was told not to put anything on it as it can irritate it. just wash with water & pat it dry with a towel

I did this too and added a tiny drop of lavender oil. It has helped, but she still has it a little bit now.
