Child support...

My ex just started working again so I logged in to set up my direct deposit card, and it shows I'm owed $3,005 in back child support   Sure would be nice to have even some of that for Christmas

It was around $3000, not sure what it is now lol... Hes been paying $250 a month for a few months now.

Ehhh, I've been paying his tuiton and med insurance outta pocket since he was born... it sucks sometimes but my son who's 6 knows everything he has is because of me... his dad is a professional mma fighter and instead of buying him stuff he needs he has new cars and houses, ect... Dean already knows what's up... the satisfaction of that is more important than his dad lying and trying to weasle out of paying anything

As of today his total owed support is $23,717.75 and thats at 225 a month for 2 kids. Now he said hes taking me to court to get it lowered, good luck douche

Lol I am not owed any but my mother is still looking to collect 25,030. It was 31,082 but they lowered the amount my father(whose never paid a dime in CS)owes my mother because I turned 20

Yeah you would think... but he lives in NY and apparently they have more important things to do than go after a deadbeat. Weve been going to court for over a year and our final date was in october or else he would go to jail, well he paid a half payment in aug & 200 is sept. They dropped his case in october and he hasnt paid a penny since

That sucks bigtime. $40 is barely gas money for the week let alone the month(factoring in school, work & grocery shopping)
