I asked for the same thing and he wanted his son... and he got it... I have my son in private school and pay for everything for him... and he hasn't even bothered paying 1 cent... but courts believe child deserves both bio parents in their life... they encourage the fathers rights... sucks for us because we may just want to move on... but these are consequences of our actions... and I have to deal with his dad for the rest of my life

That sucks! Hopefully I can finally get somewhere with all this. I mean my only saving grace is that he told me(when dd was a couple months old) that if he couldn't be with me he would never be near us again. And it's been almost 3 1/2 years so if he were to do something I think he would have by now.

But hopefully soon I can get him legally outta the picture. I just know what kind of guy he is and I would fear for my daughters life and well being if he were to get any sort of involvement in her life. If he was a decent guy I would have no problem with him being involved but no he is awful!

We used to fight... like to a bloody pulp... there's nothing nice about my ex... I had emails and voice mails, with threats to kill me and the baby, he crashed my car, with me in it trying to kill me... none of that mattered when he wanted to be involved... unless he signs his rights away there's not much u can do but get full legal custody and hope he leaves u alone...
