Random Question. (Domestic Violence)

Do you think it is okay for a man to hit a woman if she hits initiates it, and hits him first?

Why or why not?

No, and it would be wrong on her part too.

It's not okay to hit a loved one, no matter when you hit and if it's in retaliation.

They're both wrong.

If a guy hits a girl, does that give HER a right to hit him back?

Violence is wrong no matter who hits first, or second.

No, it is never ok. It would be wrong of her to hit him to begin with.

It's never ok to hit anyone.

Self defence is a different matter. If she is physically assualting him and he ends up hurting her trying to get away from it, that's her fault.

It's wrong because society sees it that way. But wouldn't it be self defense? I don't know.

I would like to say that he should be able to defend himself. Truth is, I don't think anyone should be hitting anyone.

Nope, its wrong on both their parts. Now to physically restrain someone who is beating you, that is ok.

Two wrongs don't make a right.
I do think that if you hit someone though, you should be prepared to be hit back, not saying that it's appropriate but an action = a reaction

I agree, he should be able to defend himself. Sometimes wives can be a lot bigger than their husbands.

It's not okay for a woman to put her hands on a man and it's not okay for a man to put his hands on a woman. Domestic violence goes both ways. It's not just men who do it.

If defense is needed, then, yes. He/she warrants a roundhouse kick to the teeth, no questions asked.
But, truthfully, no one should be hitting anyone. People like to turn a blind eye to physical abuse when it's woman on man and say its not real.
There are some scary ass women out there.
