I've decided not to go on Birth control at all. Because of my migrane condition my doctor told me my only option for BC is depo shot or some pill I never heard of so I'm just going to stick with condoms

Don't do depo. I thought it was great for my first 2 shots (the first 6 months) and now it's pure hell.

I've heard nothing but bad things about it

One of the meds i am taking makes all and every hormonal BC inactive like an antibiotic so im looking into non-hormonal ones! Im waaay to scared to get the iud because of so many horror stories

My gyn said it was a great option because I didn't want an IUD or anything. I either wanted to be on the pill or something else easy. Well she made depo seem easy and in theory it is...if you have no problems. I've had to take extra birth control pills to make it the bleeding stop and smurf like that.

I won't get the iud either but some people like it.. The pills seem to be the best but my doctor said I only have to choices

I gained over a 100lbs in 4 months.
I'm still trying to get it off after 4 years.

I got preg on depo and mirena, so we've been only using condoms since I had Maks sept of last year, and its worked fine for us... my anxiety has calmed down since using them...
