Anyone have a strange OB?

I went to my first doc check up and everything came out fine, but throughout my visit the doctor himself carried on like a teenage boy rather than a adult. I'm 20 yes but I don't act my age I'm not sure if he's trying to relate but when it came time for the dress down show down I noticed his conversation stopped and he began to make strange (almost perverted) noises that kinda made me think of a boy who has never seen a hoo ha before and it made me feel really uncomfortable. I'm switching OB's but I was wondering if anyone else has ever had a uncomfortable doc visit?

No, bu we're due on the same day. How'd you get an appointment so soon? I'm considered high risk and I haven't even seen my doctor yet.

Um no that sounds weird but without examples I can't really tell you. I know I have never felt uncomfortable like that around a doctor.

It was kinda awkward.

I got a new OB after that, but for different reasons.

I just called the doctor's office and told them I recently found out I was pregnant and I would like to make a appointment to get checked up on and they made me one

I was hopping up on the table after getting undressed and he was like " damn I just missed it" Hahahahahaha. It wasn't perverted, cause he's a ken doll.

Yea I mean my reg. doctor is more professional she just gets in and out and we have a conversation about something completely different I think I may go back to her and see if her office does all that good stuff for pregnant people

You had to get undressed in front of the dr? I didn't realize you could get a appt at 6 weeks. All 3 of my pregnancies were only a confirmation of pregnancy at the very first appointment , but didnt involve gettin undressed and all that. But that's just my experience. Could be different for others!

Oh yea they did the whole nine yards, they took urine and blood samples then a breast examine and did something similar to a pap all in one day. I thought it was strange too but they told me everyone thats new to their office has a initial everything like that.

NO! I would be switching OB's ASAP though!

NO. But, She had purple hair & vibrant green contacts. Thought that was kinda cool.

And no, but today while he was checking my cervix, i commented that his hands were colder than the other docs, and he goes "Cold hands warm heart" lol
