Propranolol...

If you have taken this medicine, did you like it? Was there any bad side effects? I was just wondering people's personal experiences with it.

my SO is on it and he hasnt noticed any negative side affects, it lowers his blood pressure and pulse which is good but hasnt done anything for his headaches

My DS took it for 2 years, he did great on it!

Is that for blood pressure?? Seems like I took it after I had LO, but it gave me horrible headaches.

Can be used for various reasons, and yes blood pressure is one of them. It can also help with anxiety & headaches. My doctor prescribed it for my headaches

amitriptyline has helped tremendously w/my migraines. i still get some but not as much and not as bad

Yea they prescribed me that but it makes you sleep too hard & gain weight. I can't sleep hard like that because I need to be alert for my DD & I deff do not want to gain weight. Everyone who was on it told me it made them gain weight bad...like 40 pounds of weight in a short period of time. Has it made you gain weight?

nope just knocks me out at night
