someone help!.cant post picture to my profile

can someone please help me i havent been on the site in like a year and I cant seem to post pictures on my profile i am using photobucket but it just wont work I keep getting a pop up that says please click where you want to position the picture and i do click and it still doesnt post it im getting irritated lol
ANYONE?? help please

switch browsers, it won't work on Internet Explorer.
