correct me if im wrong but a dr cant refuse to deliver a baby that has to come out lol. Shes gonna ride this until shes a year and half pregnant and show up with a baby elephant like "I have pacaderm in my family!"

Exactly!! Smh. I got a big ass bill from my DD being in the NICU, she had no insurance when she was born. They will do what they need to even if you have no insurance. Now if it was a private doctors office, that is a bit different.

I've been hard core lurking and a hospital can not deny her care...insurance or not. When someone comes in on a stretcher they don't say hey hey hey, before we take that bullet out do you have your insurance card on ya.

This! They're bound by the Hippocratic oath to treat any man, woman or child who enters their care. I'm pretty sure the only time that they don't have to treat someone is when the patient refuses treatment for religious reasons.

I've worked in a hospital, we could not deny care to someone who needed care. We couldn't. So if she were to go there and tell them the situation they wouldn't be able to deny care.

So want to see this resolved I might have to break my rule and log onto bg at home instead of work. And hospitals can't and won't refuse you especially not for an overdue baby.
