Dry skin

What would you do about super dry skin in one specific area of the body? Every since I was like 14 I developed this huge brown spot in between and a little bit under my breasts and my doctors always say it is just really dry skin but no matter what I do it won't go again. I have used IDK how many diff kinds of lotions and scrubbing like crazy and just everything and nothing works. Any suggestions or has anyone else ever had this phenomena?

have you tried using oil instead of lotion?? ive started using grapeseed oil and glycerin on my face because of my dry skin and its made a ton of difference. you can get it at any health food store like Whole Foods or Sprouts in the cosmetics section. its like $10 for a huge bottle of each one.

Never tried grapeseed oil or glycerin.. I was using baby oil for like 6 months. Made no difference. My face skin is always a bit dry so I am def gonna have to try those.

i got a facial and that's what she used and my skin felt amazing. i mix them together, like 6 drops of the grapeseed oil and only 3 drops of the glycerin. then i use a lotion with sunscreen on top of that, then my make up.
