Uterine pain, early pregnancy

I'm pretty sure i'm PG, but it is too early to take a home test just yet. For the past 3 days i've had annoying pain in my uterus. It feels like tightening and stretching. I did not have anything like this with my previous pregnancy. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced anything like this?
