OUCH! WTF??

That was the worst pain ever! Stood up to get something and it felt like my left ovary just exploded! Pains gone now but whatever it was I hope it doesn't happen again! Anyone had something similar?x

Could have been a cyst that popped.

I've never been checked for cysts I wouldn't even know if I had one, would it be bad if I had one and it popped?x

Sounds like a cyst ruptured, its not a big deal but yeah the pain is excruciating.

I've been getting that exact pain (Ripping stabbing pain to one side of lower abdimen that makes you double over and lose your breathe for a few moments before passing) around ten times a day, especially when standing from sitting) since the very beginning of my pregnancy (im now 24 weeks). I have camped out in A&E for scans which showed nothing wrong with either my pregnancy or ovaries and gone over it with both the midwife and doctor who have absolutely no clue why its happening. I can't help with what's causing it BUT I have made a conscious effort to stand up VERY slowly and use the arm of the sofa or something near by to help push myself up which has made a huge difference, i only feel it maybe once a week now. Sorry I can't be more help, I think it's possibly just part and parcel of our uterus' enlarging! :/ glam this pregnancy lark eh?!

Im not pregnant   tho AF is due today and still no sign so fingers crossed   x
