Oh I know, I've Tried (along with his parents) getting him to take her to court for the first couple of years.. He isn't even on the birth certificate, but he has paid child support and insurance since she was born according to the MO calculator online. Although now would be an excellent time for him to take her to court considering she is going to be taking baby daddy number two to court, I'm sure she won't put up much of a fight with the daughter. But oh well I've removed myself as much as possible, the only thing I accomplish is frustrating myself.
