What should I make?

Ok so what should I make for dinner on Christmas.

Its not going to be on Christmas, its the Sunday before. I worked everything out from the last time I posted about dinner with my kids and their dad......They wont see eachother on Christmas itself. So I am bringing the kids out there to his place and am making him a dinner, and then do gifts (he bought ) for the kids etc....

But I am not sure what to make. lol I dont like turkey so that sout. lo plus its 2 adults and a 4 yr old and a 10 month old, so it needs to be something smaller lol but with left overs for him to keep. lol

Any ideas for the main meal, sides and dessert, appitizers etc......

ham
mashed potato
rolls
veggie

Roast, potatoes, carrots, rolls, green bean casserole.

We do basically everything you have on Thanksgiving, except with a ham. We also usually have buckeyes, chocolate covered pretzels, and other Christmas type sweets.

Appetizers- pigs in a blanket
Guinea hens with cornbread stuffing
Mashed potatoes with the skin and garlic
Some type of veggie
Pie for dessert I love sweet potato pie

I am making something completely nontraditional. lol

We're having a "Snowman" pizza for the kiddos
Baked spicy rigatoni
roasted garlic parm potato wedges
corn on the cob
bacon wrapped green beans
garlic cheddar biscuits
banana pudding
'Santa" strawberries. (cool whip & strawberries)
donut holes

and then a bunch of different stuff dipped in chocolate and sprinkles

Lasagna or baked ziti with salad, bread, and cake or pie

Oops I forgot a salad as well!

He wants chicken wings, meat balls, and rice. lol IDK. LOL

I mean my kids loves chicken wings but lol I wanted to make something nice.

I dont want chicken wings. lol or chicken at all. lol I eat chicken at home at least 4 times a week. lol I want something different. lol And since I am the only one paying for it all and cooking it. I dont want to make it just for him. lol

Maybe do a meatball parm with pasta? You could do a chicken wing dip to munch on before dinner... And rice pudding for desert, lol
