So happy.

This is a pointless post lol. Just kinda wanted to get everything off my mind  
I'm finally getting everything situated! Child support has been contacted and they're setting up my case. I'm filling out the paperwork for sole custody of my son so I can file. Just so happy to finally be getting his stuff done. I'm just hoping BD doesn't fight any of this   He hasn't been around for our son anyways so he shouldn't. He's already agreed that Child support was whatever and that he would pay(who knows if he actually will). Visitation is going to handled civilly unless he wants it court ordered, which I know he won't because he can never keep up his end of the deal. He's seen him twice since he was born. Once when he was 2 months and then cancelled every weekend until this weekend when he came and hung out with him for 2 hours. This is why I'm so glad to be getting all this stuff done! I really have SO to thank for pushing me and showing me what a real father does for his kids.

I just can't wait till all this mess is over. Got my fingers crossed that BD doesn't decide to be a jerk and fight me on this.
