can zithromax make baby sleepy?

poor dd had a heel of a day yesterday, 2 doctor appointments and a hospital visit for a xray and blood work. she has the on comings of a ear infection and possibly early staged of pneumonia or bronchitis. they put her on zithromax and shes been soooo sleepy. she slept form 7:30 last night to 8:30 this morning then went down for another nap at 10 and is still sleeping. She was on zithromax 2 months ago for possible wooping cough but i dont remember her being so tired. can it make them sleepy?

It is more than likely the infection making her sleepy, her little body needs to heal. Every sickness is different.
