number of cycle days

Maybe someone in here can help me out. I'm not getting overly excited or anything I'm just wondering if I have a 28 or 35 day cycle. My last period started on Nov. 7th and my next period is due to start on Dec. 12th.

If it starts the 12th then it would be a 35 day cycle. The 5th would have been a 28 day cycle.

Are your periods regular?

I was on BC for over a year and they always started the same time every month and ended the same every month on the dot. Until I went off in Sept. started and ended right that month but then got no period in Oct but started good and ended good in Nov.

It is possible to have a varying cycle.
It could be between 28 and 35 days any given month. Do you have the amounts of your last cycles?

Do you determine the number of cycle days from the start of one period to the start of the next period? If thats how it works then its always been 35 days, like starting on the 7th and being due on the 12th for the next one.

Yeah BC can miss cycles up some when you get off of it.

So she starts the 7th, that's day 1 of the cycle. Then you count the days until she shows again. So the day before she shows is the last day of the cycle, as the day she shows is day 1 of the new cycle.

If she's been that way for awhile now, then I would say you have a 35 day cycle. Which sometimes can vary, since she can be that way, lol.

Yeah my Sept period was a 35 day cycle like normal and that was just a week of BC and then I had no Oct. period and then my Nov. period was right when it was due for a 35 day cycle if I had a period in Oct. and its due Dec. 12th which would be another 35 day cycle. If I'm not pregnant right now.

Are you hoping to be pregnant? If so lots of BFP dust!!

In a way yes and no. If that makes sense. SO and I really wanted a fall baby. I went off my BC in September to give my body time to adjust to not being on it since I was on it for a little over a year. We were so determined to not have sex until after my Dec. 12 period but slipped up and had sex on Nov. 29 and I looked online and it said it was my fertile day after ovulation and since then I've been feeling a little off. I know it could just be my mind messing with me. I'm due for my period in 2 days but I'm not going to test until the morning of the 16th to give my body time to have it incase I'm just late.

That makes sense. If you are it would be an almost fall baby! My son is an end of Summer baby, born August 31st. GL mama!! Oh and your testing (if af doesn't show by then) on my b-day.

If you want your cycles to get consistent start taking B6 it's what my fertility doctor had me start taking when my cycles started getting wonky, now they come every 28 days without issue.

Our youngest is an August baby too, so it makes me not want it more, because I kinda want him to have his own birthday month. But if I am we'll love it the same no issues there.

I get it. If you are though one will be the beginning of the month and the other the end (if he/she doesn't come early). Keep us updated!!

yeah if I'm due around August 21, it'll be 3 days before my fathers birthday too. August will be our 2nd busiest month, after May which has mothers day, then my mothers bday, my Mother-In-Laws birthday and both of my brother-in-laws brithdays. I also have 5 friends that are due in this coming May :p
