What would you do?

The background:
SO and I have to be out of the house we live in by the end of the month. We didn't have any other option besides the homeless shelter when we first found out. Now we have two options and I can't figure out what would be best.
Option 1:
Quit my job that I only work one 9 hour day a week and move in with my dad and his girlfriend. Look for jobs for me and SO where my dad lives and help my dad out with bills (which he really needs help with.) Also this would give SO the chance to get his drivers license finally because my dad will take him out driving.
Option 2:
Stay at my job, get more hours and move into my boss's house where her daughter also lives. I like my boss and her family. She has two houses plus owns a child care so she doesn't have the time to keep this house as clean as she wants so me helping her clean and keep things organized would help her out. She is willing to give me more hours as she can and everything.

I am not sure what exactly to do. I feel like going to my dad's is the best bet right now just because I feel that living with another family could be awkward. Also I feel that if something ever happened at work or at home (my boss's house) then I would lose both my work and my place to live.
What do you think?

I think I would go to your dad's. Especially if he needs a little help too.

I would not want to live with my boss, but that's just me lol I would move in with family.

I agree with the family thing. I'd rather rely on family. If you fight with them, it's normal and easily forgiven. If you work and live in a place controlled by your Boss, well, that could end up being a sticky situation.

If I were in your shoes I would go with option 2. You have a job and jobs are not easy to get these days so if something were to happen at your job and current home with at your bosses house you could then move to your dads.

Thank you ladies. I think my decision is made. I will be talking to SO about it when he wakes up.

Either way I am just happen that we won't be living in the shelter.
