31 weeks almost 32

So for the past two days I've been having up and down fever issues solved by Tylenol but I also have shooting pains in my back anytime I try to walk sit or stand... I can not stand up straight which is a hassle with younger ones and I am waiting for a reply from the doctors office... Should I just go to the ER I tried looking up online and they said it could be bladder or kidney issues which I'm already anemic and such. Please give your opinions thank you

What time does your doctor's office open? Call your doctor. Don't go to the ER. How high have your temps been? If you're febrile and having back pain, it could be a kidney infection.

The temp has been between 101 AMD down to 99. The office isn't open for another two hours I've been bed ridden for almost two days now because I can't stand up straight so even when I hunch over grandma style to get to the rest room getting to the toilet is a hassle aswell its just a stretching shooting pain that I can't get rid of I've tried icy hot cranberry juice and such nothing helped

If it's a kidney infection, cranberry juice won't help. Where is the pain? Left side or right side?

The pain is through pelvis area up into my lower spine to about right below my first rib t the bottom and I can't bend up to straighten my back at all
