Bleeding on Depo

Ok I started bleeding 2 days ago and today it turned REALLY heavy. I am bleeding really badly and soaking through tampons fast. I don't know what to do I'm so crampy and I've never had this much bleeding on Depo. Plus I am passing a lot of clots....

I had that on 2 different occations - turns out I miscarried both times I would go get check out if the bleeding amount concerns you - you may need a D&C

  Were you on Depo?
I've never had bleeding like this before. The only time I had bleeding like this I did miscarry but I was not on depo. These cramps are keeping me awake, my stomach hurts so bad. And I've taken tylenol....

I was only having a little bleeding then boom I started bleeding and have had several large clots pass in the past 3 hrs.

yep I was on Depo with those two miscarriages

Idk if I should go to the ER or just wait till 9am to call my OB... I just went the bathroom a few mins ago so I am going to go check again... my stomach just really hurts. I'm cramping pretty badly.

I would tell a patient that if they are soaking a maxi pad in less then an hour that they should be seen ASAP. Is it that heavy?

It's pretty heavy. I have a tampon in just a regular one and it filled that up and I bled through that in a hour and half or so. I need to go check it out again but I'm kinda freakin out cuz this came out of nowhere... like I was fine then all of a sudden I'm bleeding like crazy and getting several clots.

I went and changed my tampon right before I posted this topic and I just went to the bathroom again and it was almost full already within 20 mins.... Should I call my doc first?

I guess it depends on the protocol at your clinic/ hospital. Here we would have you just come into the ER, but I guess it wouldn't hurt to call
