I had my first u/s the other day and we got to see the heartbeat! It was amazing! I pray that little heart keeps beating! How far along are you?

i lost my girls due to them being born too soon- at not even 1 and 10 days old.

i had one mc after it but i dont really count it since i didnt even knew i was pregnant before it started to happen.

i had another mc in '10.


i still get days when its hard to just breathe,let along do somnething else.

I'm oftern scared im going to lose this one also.
I've been very nervous of going to appointments afraid my baby's heart beat may have stopped.
I wonder if i'll worry as much with future pregnancies as well?

I saw the heart beat the last time I was pregnant 5 hours before I started bleeding heavily and miscarried. :/ So I had to get a doppler to ease my mind. 12 weeks yesterday!   Heard my baby at.. 11 weeks? 10 weeks? I can't remember now.

I had a miscarriage after getting pregnant to an abusive ex. i'm not 100% sure how far along i was but it was between 7 and 10 weeks, and it screwed me up pretty bad. was drunk every day for about a year. my ex didn't give a smurf so had to go thru it on my own. It hurts more in a way now that i have ds and can see what that first pregnancy could have resulted in. at that point a baby was just a concept to me and its only now that i truely know what it means to be a mother.

That's exactly why I got one. I didn't want to worry for weeks then possibly find out at the dr that I no longer have a baby.

I don't think I will ever find peace but I have accepted I cannot change it and it is not my place to know why. I am thankful.for my daughter and I.focus on that. Life must go on but this wound will never heal  

Losses are so hard no matter what. If you wanted the baby and it was taken.from you irlt hurts so bad and nobody can understand it unless they experienced it and it kills me when people try to feel.for you or tell when you should stop feeling or get over it.

What kind of Doppler do you have? My hubby is wanting to buy us one for Christmas but I don't want to buy junk. There are so many different ones on ebay it's better to ask Momma's that use them

I got it at 8 weeks and was sad I didn't hear anything but when I did I practically crapped myself, lol. I believe it was this one "Sonoline B Ultrasound Fetal Doppler Pink, LCD with Backlight" (just read it off the site) FetalDoppler.net
The site looks ghetto but I got my doppler and it came on time and everything!

Oh, and it's the 2mhz one. Just because I thought it'd let me hear sooner but who knows?

I went in for a routine ultrasound at 37 weeks. They found abnormalities in her brain and I was sent for a csection the next day. She lived four days before we took her off support.
