sooo i have had a hunch my sons dad is doing cocaine
and my thoughts were verified yesterday when he was
lying to me about a back problem , was out all night & wasn't home in time to meet me to get our son.
not to mentioned was dropped off by a guy who sells coke.


how do i get him tested or arrested or investigated

Are you involved with court at all? If so he isn't complying with a parenting plan or what's best for your child and that could be grounds for testing if you even bring it up.

Ask for a drug test prior and that'll help your case. Be ready to test yourself just in case though. I'm assuming that wont matter for you though lol

Butting in, but not if you ask the courts and he doesn't know about it soon enough to get clean.

Hm, I'm not sure what to do about that then. Maybe tell them that he usually drinks protoxin before court and maybe they can check for that somehow? Or ask for a random not even that day drug test because you know he will clean himself up beforehand.

maybe CPS would test him?
if i say that his dad and him have marijuana and cocaine in the house

Do you know how he is taking it?
Snorted? Ingesting?
I think if you tell them it's cocaine they would take a strand of his hair because it can be detected from a few hours or several months.
Urine test can detect 4-8 hrs after 1 snort, and up to 24 hrs after 1 ingest.
